The story is about a powerful king and his only son, who is a skilled wrestler. One day, the king heroically defeats a rampaging elephant. However, he becomes embroiled in conflict with a shepherd who refuses to remove his sheep from the king's cherished garden. In a fit of rage, the king kills the sheep and the shepherd, leading the shepherd's relatives to seek revenge by summoning demons to kill the king. The clever king devises a plan by using a dummy to trick the demons, ultimately defeating them. The shepherds then summon tigers to seek further vengeance, but again the king prevails by killing the tigers as well. Despite all attempts to harm him, the king survives, showcasing his strength and resilience.

Once there was a king. He had only one son. There was no shortage of food and drink for them. His son turned out to be a great wrestler. One day, a huge drunk elephant was rampaging and throwing everyone around. When the king saw it, he struck the elephant with such force that it fell down a hundred miles away and died instantly.

The king had a beautiful garden. He cherished it more than his own life. The king would sleep there every day. One day, a shepherd came into his garden and let all his sheep roam freely. The king kept telling him to take his sheep out or he would kill him. But the shepherd wouldn't listen and said, "Let me see what you can do!" Then the king went home and brought out his club. This club was so powerful that it could kill as many people as the king desired.

Entering the garden, the king swung his club. Every sheep and the shepherd were killed in an instant.

Then the shepherds, who were relatives of those killed, plotted against the king. That night, the shepherd called upon seven hundred demons. His wife found out that the king would not survive this time. So the queen earnestly advised the king not to go. The king replied, "I will return shortly." Saying this, he went into the garden. In the garden, where he was accustomed to sleeping, he placed a dummy in his bed and covered it with sheets so it looked like he was resting. He climbed up a mango tree.

When all the demons arrived at night, they said, "Great! Tonight we will feast on the king." One of the demons suggested that they should first circle around five times before eating him to ensure everything goes well. All the demons circled around five times and when they lifted the sheets to take the king, they found just an empty dummy.

All the demons then joined together and started tearing at the clothes. At that moment, the king leapt out and struck with his club, killing all the demons.

The king then climbed down from the tree and went straight home. In the morning the shepherds learned that the king had killed all the demons. They then figured that the king had to be killed. They went into the forest and summoned all the tigers. The king's friends also informed his wife that a strong tiger would be summoned to deal with the king today. Despite this, the king was determined to go to his garden that very night. The queen said, "Today I will not let you go under any circumstance!" Nevertheless, the king went to the garden. Disguising himself, he climbed up a tree. The king killed all the tigers with his club. The king did not die. All the efforts of the shepherds were in vain.
