एगो खरहा आउ ऊँट हल। ओहनी दूनो इयारी लगौलन। एक दिन ऊँट मन में सोचलक कि आज इयार से बाजी लगाऊँ। ऊँट खरहा से पूछलक कि ''इयार एगो भर छाती के देवाल हे। ओकरा कउन पहिले तड़पऽ हे।'’ ऊँटवा सोचलक हल कि ''हम तो तड़प जायब, ई सार तनियक गो जीव का तड़पत?'’ से दूनों छड़पे लगलन। ऊँट तो देवाल पर टँग गेल, आउ खरहा पार हो गेल। से खरहवा से ऊँटवा कहलक कि हमरा कइसहूँ निकालऽ। खरहवा देवाल पर चढ़ के कभी ऊँट के मुँड़ी दने, कभी पीठ दने दोमचे।

एतने में एगो बाघ आवइत हल। बाघ खरहा के देख के खड़ा हो गेल, आउ सोचलक कि एतना बड़ा जानवर ऊँट के तो ई खरहवा तबाह कयले हे। ऊँटवा के मूँडी आउ देह ओर चले हे। हमरा देखत तो आउ तबाह कर देत। हम तो ऊँटवा से छोटे ही। ई सोच के बघवा उहाँ से भागल, तो खरहवा पाछे से रगेदलक। बघवा भागल जाइत हल, आउ खरहवा खदेरले जाइत हल। बेलदार उहाँ माँटी कोड़इत हल, से बेलदरवा चपड़ा के बेंट से अइसन मारलक कि खरहवा के कनचपड़ा में लागल। बस, खरहवा तो ओही जगह मर गेल। बेलदार ओकरा डेली तर झाप देलक।

थोड़े देर में बघवा आयल, आउ बेलदरवा से पूछलक कि ''ए भाई, एने एगो खरहा अलई हे। बेलदरवा कहलकई कि ''हाँ, ओकरा मार के तो हम डलिया तर झाँक देली हे !'' बघवा कहलक कि कइसे खबहीं। बेलदरवा कहलकई कि सींझा के! बघवा कहलक कि ए भाई, ई बात तू केकरो से मत कहिहें कि खरहवा बघवा के खदेरले जाइत हले। बेलदरवा कहलक कि अच्छा भाई, नञ कहबउ। बेलदरवा जब साँझ के घरे अलई, तऽ खरहवा के आग में पकावे लगलई, से सब गाँव-घर के आ के पूछे लगल, कि ए भाई, कहाँ से ले अयले हे? कइसे मारले हे? बेलदरवा कहलक कि नऽ रे बाप! ई न कहमए बघवा सुन लेत तो बचे नऽ देत। ओहनी कहलन कि कहे नऽ, का बात हउ ! जब सब लोग जोर मारलन तब कह देलक।

बघवा ओकर घरवा के पिछुत्ती सब सुनइत हल। जब रात के सूतल, तो बघवा ओकर घर में छप्पर फाड़ के घुसल, आउ बेलदरवा के कहलक कि अब बतावऽ तू काहे दोसर से सब बात कह देले। अब बतावऽ कि हम तोरा कने से खइअऊ? आगे से इया पीछे से? बेलदरवा कहलक कि तोरा जने से मन हउ तने से खो। एतने में बेलदरवा डर के मारे बड़ी जोर से हुचकी आयल। बघवा पूछकइ कि का बात हउ? बेलदरवा कहलक कि खरहवा निकलल चाह हे। बघवा कहलक कि तब थोड़ा देरी बन्द कर। हमरा भागे दऽ, तब निकालिहे। बेलदरवा आठ जोर से चिल्ला के कहे लगल कि खरहवा अब निकलऽ, तो बघवा जान छोड़ के भागल, आउ बेलदरवा के परान बचल । आउ खिस्सा खतम, पइसा हजम।

Once upon a time, there was a rabbit and a camel. They both became friends. One day, the camel thought to challenge his friend. The camel asked the rabbit, "Friend, can you bear the weight of a full chest?" The camel thought, "I will surely suffer; how can this little creature even suffer?" So, both of them started playing around. The camel climbed onto the wall, while the rabbit managed to cross over. The rabbit then told the camel to somehow get down.

The rabbit climbed up and would poke the camel's head and back. Meanwhile, a tiger came along and stopped when he saw the rabbit, thinking such a big animal must have destroyed the rabbit. The camel’s neck and body were exposed; if I get caught, I'll be destroyed too. Thinking this, the tiger ran away, leaving the rabbit chasing after him. The tiger was running, and the rabbit was pursuing him. A farmer was digging in the dirt nearby, and he swung his stick so hard that it hit the rabbit on the head. The rabbit died right there, and the farmer gave him a good strike.

A little while later, the tiger came back and asked the farmer, “Hey brother, is there a rabbit around?” The farmer replied, “Yes, I killed him and threw him into the basket!” The tiger asked, “How did this happen?” The farmer said, “By surprise!” The tiger said, “Brother, don’t tell anyone that the rabbit chased the tiger away.” The farmer agreed, “Okay brother, I won’t say a word.” When the farmer returned home in the evening, he began to cook the rabbit, and people from the village came to ask, “Brother, where did you get this?
