A certain Pandey ji's wife was entangled with another. She came home every day asking for something, while he was not feeling well and said that

''Three rotis will be cooked, dear, one will be offered to the deity in the room, oh-oh-oh-oh, one will be for you, dear, and one will be given to me, dear, if it is real, you will leave half of it for me, oh-oh-oh-oh!''

Every day it happened this way and Pandey ji stayed hungry.

One day, being worried about his wife's illness, he went to fetch his sister and, crying, told her everything. His sister understood and told him, "Go and boil some hot water and pour it in the room. Her lover will die right there. Then her illness will be cured!"

Baba ji brought home the hot water and asked the neighbor woman, "I’m starving and you're just boiling water?" Pandey ji replied, "There is a 'sudharwa' in the room, that’s why I’m doing this!” The neighbor woman insisted, but he did not listen, and poured the boiling water into the room. The lover was scalded and died right there. Later, the neighbor woman also died, and Pandey ji buried both of them in the night in a pit. Afterward, Pandey ji remarried and began to live happily.
